Header & Footer Sections

Header and Footer sections let you add dedicated areas at the top and bottom of your landing page. Use them for logos, navigation links, phone numbers, legal disclaimers, and other content that should appear outside the main body of the page. Both sections are optional and can be enabled independently.

Enabling Header and Footer

  1. Open your funnel in the builder.
  2. In the left panel, look for the Page Settings section (visible when no block is selected).
  3. Toggle Header or Footer to enable the section.
  4. The section appears on the canvas, ready for you to add content.

Adding Content to Sections

Header and Footer sections support the same block types as the main content area, except for the form embed:

  • Headline
  • Text Block
  • Image
  • Video
  • Custom Code

To add a block, select the header or footer section on the canvas, then choose a block type from the palette. Blocks within a section stay within that section and cannot be dragged to the main content area or vice versa.

Section Layout Options

Each section can use one of two layout modes:

  • Single Column – All blocks stack vertically within the section.
  • Two Column – Blocks are split into left and right columns. Useful for placing a logo on the left and a phone number on the right, for example.

Section Styling

Each section has its own set of style controls:

Setting Description
Background Color Section background color.
Padding Inner spacing (top, right, bottom, left).
Margin Outer spacing around the section.
Border Top and bottom borders with color, width, and style options.
Box Shadow Shadow effect beneath the section (none, small, medium, large).
Position Static (scrolls with page), sticky (stays at top while scrolling), or fixed (always visible).
Hide on Mobile Optionally hide the entire section on mobile devices.

Sticky and Fixed Headers

You can make the header "stick" to the top of the page as visitors scroll:

  • Sticky – The header scrolls normally until it reaches the top of the viewport, then stays fixed in place as the visitor continues scrolling.
  • Fixed – The header is always visible at the top of the viewport, even on initial page load. The page content scrolls beneath it.

Sticky and fixed positioning works well for headers with important calls to action, like a phone number or company logo.

Mobile Behavior

On screens smaller than 768 pixels:

  • Two-column section layouts automatically stack into a single column.
  • If Hide on Mobile is enabled, the section disappears entirely on mobile devices.
  • Images within sections scale to fit the screen width.
  • Headlines use responsive font sizing to stay readable on small screens.

Common Header Setups

  • Logo + Phone Number – Two-column layout with an image block (logo) on the left and a text block (phone number) on the right.
  • Logo Only – Single-column layout with a centered image block.
  • Company Name + Tagline – Single-column layout with a headline and text block.

Common Footer Setups

  • Legal Disclaimer – Text block with small, light-colored text for disclaimers and compliance notices.
  • Links + Copyright – Text block with links to privacy policy, terms, and a copyright notice.
  • Company Information – Address, phone, and license numbers for regulated industries.

Pro Tips

  • Keep headers minimal. A logo and phone number are usually sufficient. Avoid cluttering the header with too much content.
  • Use the footer for legal disclaimers, especially in insurance and financial services where compliance text is required.
  • Sticky headers are great for funnels with long landing pages, as they keep your brand and contact info visible at all times.
  • Consider hiding the header on mobile to save screen space if the header content is not essential for conversions.
