SEO Settings (Meta Tags, Open Graph)
SEO settings control how your landing page appears in search engine results and social media previews. When someone shares your landing page URL on Facebook, LinkedIn, or X (Twitter), the title, description, and image you configure here determine what the preview card looks like. These settings also help search engines understand and index your page.
Accessing SEO Settings
- Open your funnel in the builder.
- Click the Publish tab in the top navigation.
- Scroll to the SEO and Metadata section.
Page Title
The page title appears in the browser tab and as the headline in search engine results.
- Keep it under 60 characters for best display in search results. A character counter shows your progress.
- Include your primary keyword and a clear description of the offer.
- Example: "Free Home Insurance Quote - Get Covered in 60 Seconds"
If you leave the page title empty, the funnel name is used as a fallback.
Meta Description
The meta description appears as the summary text beneath the title in search engine results.
- Keep it under 160 characters. A character counter is provided.
- Write a compelling description that encourages clicks. Include a call to action.
- Example: "Compare home insurance rates from top providers. Answer a few quick questions and get your personalized quote in under a minute."
Block Search Engines
Toggle this setting to add noindex and nofollow directives to your page. When enabled, search engines like Google will not index the page or follow its links.
Use this for:
- Test or staging pages you do not want appearing in search results
- Internal pages meant only for direct traffic from ads
- Temporary campaign pages that should not be discoverable
Favicon
Upload a custom favicon (the small icon that appears in the browser tab) for your landing page. Supported formats are PNG and ICO, with a maximum file size of 100KB.
Open Graph Settings (Social Sharing)
Open Graph settings control how your page appears when shared on Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms:
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| OG Image | The image shown in the social share preview card. Recommended size: 1200 x 630 pixels (PNG or JPEG). |
| OG Title | The title for social previews. Defaults to the page title if not set. |
| OG Description | The description for social previews. Defaults to the meta description if not set. |
Upload a high-quality OG image that represents your offer. Social posts with compelling preview images get significantly more clicks.
Twitter Card Settings
Customize how your page appears when shared on X (Twitter):
- Card Type – Choose between "Summary" (small image) or "Summary with Large Image" (prominent image).
- Creator Handle – Your X handle (e.g., @yourcompany) to be attributed on the card.
Twitter cards use the OG image, title, and description as defaults, so you only need to configure these settings if you want different values for X specifically.
Live Preview
The SEO settings panel includes live previews showing how your page will appear:
- Google Preview – Shows your page title, URL, and meta description as they would appear in search results.
- Facebook Preview – Shows the social share card with your OG image, title, and description.
- Twitter Preview – Shows the Twitter card with your selected card type.
Use these previews to ensure your text fits correctly and your image looks good before publishing.
Pro Tips
- Always set a page title and meta description, even for ad-driven landing pages. They appear when people share your URL in messages and social media.
- Use a high-quality, branded OG image. Pages shared with images get much higher engagement than pages with no preview image.
- If your landing page is purely for paid traffic and you do not want organic search visitors, enable "Block Search Engines" to keep it out of Google's index.
- SEO settings are rendered server-side, which means search engine crawlers and social media scrapers see the correct metadata immediately without waiting for JavaScript to load.
