Viewing & Searching Your Leads
The Leads page gives you a centralized view of every lead captured across all of your funnels. It is built to stay fast even at scale, so searching and filtering thousands of leads happens in milliseconds.
Navigating to Your Leads
Click Leads in the left sidebar. You will see a table displaying all of your leads with the following columns:
| Column | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Lead Name | Smart name detection pulls from first name, last name, form data, or falls back to "Lead #N" |
| Funnel | Which funnel captured the lead |
| Phone | Phone number, if provided |
| Phone Verified | Green check if the phone was verified via OTP, otherwise an X |
| Email Address | Clickable mailto link |
| Email Status | Verification result badge (Valid, Invalid, etc.) |
| Status | Lead status badge: Captured, Delivered, Failed, or Disqualified |
| Activity Score | Score bar from 0 to 100 indicating contact engagement level |
| Lead Quality | Score bar from 0 to 100 reflecting data completeness and validity |
| Date | Smart date formatting: "Just now", "5m ago", "3h ago", "2d ago", or the full date for older leads |
| Actions | View and Delete icons |
Searching Leads
Use the search bar at the top of the leads table to find leads by name or email. Type at least a few characters and results will appear automatically after a brief delay. The search matches against first name, last name, combined full name, and email address.
Filtering Leads
Narrow down your leads using the filter controls above the table:
- Funnel - Show leads from a specific funnel only.
- Status - Filter by lead status (Captured, Delivered, Failed, Disqualified).
Click Clear filters to reset all filters and return to the full list.
Sorting Leads
Use the Sort dropdown to change how leads are ordered:
- Newest First (default)
- Oldest First
- Activity Score (High to Low)
- Activity Score (Low to High)
- Lead Quality (High to Low)
- Lead Quality (Low to High)
Loading More Leads
The leads table loads 50 leads at a time. When you have more leads than what is currently displayed, a Load More button appears at the bottom. Click it to fetch the next batch. When all leads are loaded, you will see "All leads loaded."
Viewing a Lead from a Specific Funnel
You can also view leads for a single funnel from the funnel detail page. Navigate to Lead Funnels, click on a funnel, and scroll down to the leads table. This table works the same way but automatically filters to that funnel's leads.
Good to Know
- Search results update after a short typing delay to avoid unnecessary requests while you type.
- The leads table caches results briefly, so navigating away and coming back will show your data instantly without a reload.
- Partial leads (from users who abandoned your funnel midway) appear in the same table and can be identified by their status and data completeness.
- Click on any lead name to open the full Lead Detail page with all captured data, verification results, and delivery logs.
