Organizing Funnels with Folders

Folders help you keep your funnels organized as your account grows. Group funnels by campaign, client, vertical, or any system that makes sense for your workflow.

The Lead Funnels Page

Click Lead Funnels in the left sidebar to see all your funnels in a table view. The page has three main areas:

  • Filter Bar - Search by name, choose a sort order, and clear filters.
  • Folder Sidebar - A collapsible panel on the left showing your folder tree, with funnel counts for each folder.
  • Funnel Table - The main table displaying your funnels with columns for status, name, creation date, last edited date, views, leads, conversion rate, and action buttons.

Creating a Folder

  1. In the folder sidebar, click + New Folder.
  2. Enter a name for the folder.
  3. Press Enter or click outside the input to save.

Folders can be nested inside other folders, letting you build a hierarchy like "Insurance > Final Expense" or "Clients > Acme Corp."

Moving Funnels into Folders

Drag a funnel row from the table and drop it onto a folder in the sidebar. The funnel will move into that folder immediately. To move a funnel back to the root level, drag it to All Funnels at the top of the sidebar.

Filtering by Folder

Click on any folder name in the sidebar to filter the table to only show funnels inside that folder. Click All Funnels to see everything again. Each folder shows a count badge so you can quickly see how many funnels are in each group.

Renaming and Deleting Folders

  • Rename - Right-click on a folder to open the context menu and select Rename. Type the new name and press Enter.
  • Delete - Right-click and select Delete. When a folder is deleted, any funnels inside it are moved to the root level. No funnels are deleted.

Sorting and Searching Funnels

Use the controls above the table to find specific funnels:

  • Search - Type a funnel name in the search box to filter results instantly.
  • Sort - Choose a sort order from the dropdown: Last Edited, Newest First, Oldest First, Most Leads, Most Views, or Name (A-Z).

Funnel Actions

Each funnel row has action buttons on the right:

  • Edit - Opens the funnel in the builder.
  • Clone - Creates a copy of the funnel with all its steps and fields. The clone is named with a "(Copy)" suffix and starts with zero views and leads.
  • Delete - Opens a confirmation modal before permanently removing the funnel and all its associated data.

You can also toggle a funnel between Active and Paused status. Paused funnels stop accepting new leads until reactivated.

Good to Know

  • The folder sidebar is collapsible. Click the toggle to hide it if you need more screen space for the table.
  • On mobile devices, folders appear as a dropdown above the table instead of a sidebar.
  • The funnel table shows up to 20 funnels per page with pagination controls at the bottom.
  • Views, leads, and conversion rate in the table sync with the selected time period in the analytics section.
