Property Images

Property Images pulls a street-level photo of a property based on the address a lead enters. This gives you a visual reference for each lead's property, which is especially useful for insurance, real estate, mortgage, and home services funnels. The image appears on the lead detail page and can help your team quickly assess and qualify leads.

How It Works

  1. A visitor enters a property address in your funnel.
  2. LeadCapture retrieves a street-level image of the property.
  3. The image is stored and displayed on the lead detail page.

The image lookup happens automatically when a property address is provided. The visitor does not see the image during the form experience; it is available to you in the dashboard.

Credits

Property Images cost 1 credit per unique address lookup. Once an image is retrieved for a specific address, it is cached. If another lead enters the same address, the cached image is used at no additional cost.

If your account does not have sufficient credits, the image lookup is skipped. The lead is still captured normally, just without a property image.

Where to View Property Images

Property images are displayed on the lead detail page in your dashboard. Navigate to Leads, click on a specific lead, and you will see the property image alongside other lead information and enrichment data.

Caching

Property images are cached based on the address. This means:

  • The first lookup for an address costs 1 credit.
  • Any subsequent leads with the same address use the cached image for free.
  • Minor variations in address formatting (different capitalization, extra spaces) are normalized before caching, so "123 Main St" and "123 main st" use the same cached image.

Pro Tips

  • Property Images work best when combined with Google Address Autocomplete, which ensures the address is properly formatted for the image lookup.
  • Images are only charged once per unique address, making this very cost-effective for funnels with repeat addresses.
  • This feature is most valuable for agents who need to visually assess a property before contacting a lead.
  • If an image is not available for a particular address (e.g., new construction, rural area), no credit is charged.
