Lead Quality Score & Activity Score

LeadCapture provides two scores for every lead to help you prioritize your outreach: the Lead Quality Score and the Activity Score. These scores appear as color-coded progress bars in the Leads table and on individual lead detail pages, making it easy to identify your best leads at a glance.

Lead Quality Score

The Lead Quality Score (0-100) measures how complete and valuable a lead's form submission is. It is computed automatically based on the data the lead provided. No credits are required.

How It Is Calculated

The score increases based on the completeness of key fields:

  • First name provided
  • Last name provided
  • Email address provided
  • Phone number provided
  • Email address verified as valid
  • Phone number verified

A lead that provides all key fields and passes verification will score near 100. A lead with only an email address will score lower. The exact weighting ensures that the most critical contact fields carry the most weight.

Activity Score

The Activity Score (0-100) comes from Phone Enrichment and measures how actively the lead's phone number is being used. This score requires Phone Enrichment to be enabled on your funnel and consumes 1 credit per validation.

Score Range Color Meaning
70-100 Blue High Activity. The phone is actively used and the lead is very likely reachable.
31-69 Amber Moderate Activity. The phone shows some usage.
0-30 Red Low Activity. The phone may be disconnected or inactive.

See the "Phone Enrichment and Contact Score" article for full details on what the Activity Score measures.

Score Display in the Leads Table

Both scores appear as horizontal progress bars with the numeric value displayed alongside:

  • Green bar (70+): High-quality or high-activity lead.
  • Yellow bar (40-69): Moderate quality or activity.
  • Red bar (below 40): Low quality or activity.

You can sort the Leads table by either score to quickly find your best leads.

Sorting and Filtering

Use the sort dropdown in the Leads table to organize leads by:

  • Activity Score (High to Low): Prioritize leads with the most reachable phone numbers.
  • Activity Score (Low to High): Identify leads that may need follow-up through other channels.
  • Lead Quality (High to Low): Focus on the most complete leads first.
  • Lead Quality (Low to High): Identify leads that may benefit from nurture campaigns.

How to Improve Lead Quality Scores

To get higher Lead Quality Scores across your funnel:

  • Include fields for first name, last name, email, and phone number.
  • Enable email verification to add verified status.
  • Enable phone verification (OTP) to confirm phone ownership.
  • Use required fields for the most important contact information.

Pro Tips

  • The Lead Quality Score requires no credits and is calculated automatically for every lead.
  • The Activity Score requires Phone Enrichment (1 credit per lead). If Phone Enrichment is not enabled, the Activity Score will show as 0.
  • Use the two scores together for the best results: a lead with high Lead Quality (complete data) AND high Activity Score (reachable phone) is your highest-priority prospect.
  • Sort by Activity Score (High to Low) at the start of each day to prioritize your outbound calls.
