Funnel Analytics (Views, Leads, Conversion Rate)
Funnel Analytics give you a clear picture of how your funnels are performing. Track views, leads, and conversion rates over time to identify trends, spot opportunities, and measure the impact of changes you make.
Core Metrics
| Metric | What It Measures |
|---|---|
| Views | The number of times your funnel was loaded by visitors. Each page load counts as one view. |
| Leads | The number of form submissions your funnel received. |
| Conversion Rate | The percentage of views that resulted in a lead. Calculated as (Leads / Views) x 100. |
Viewing Analytics
Account-Wide Analytics
Navigate to Lead Funnels in the sidebar. At the top of the page, you will see a trend chart showing aggregated views and leads across all your funnels. Summary cards display your total views, total leads, and overall conversion rate for the selected time period.
Below the chart, the funnels table includes per-funnel analytics columns (Views, Leads, Conversion Rate) that sync with the selected time period. Each funnel row also shows a mini sparkline chart of its leads trend.
Individual Funnel Analytics
Click on a funnel name in the table to open its detail page. Here you will find a dedicated trend chart for that specific funnel. Use the toggle above the chart to switch between viewing the Leads trend and the Conversion Rate trend.
Time Period Selector
Use the period selector buttons to change the date range for your analytics:
- 1D - Last 24 hours
- 1W - Last 7 days
- 1M - Last 30 days
- 3M - Last 90 days
- 6M - Last 6 months
- 1Y - Last 12 months
- ALL - All available data
When you change the time period, both the chart and the table metrics update to reflect the selected range.
Analytics Retention by Plan
The amount of historical analytics data available depends on your plan:
| Plan | Analytics Retention |
|---|---|
| Trial | 7 days |
| Starter | 90 days |
| Growth | 365 days |
| Max | Unlimited |
If you select a time period that exceeds your plan's retention window, the chart will be blurred with an upgrade prompt. Summary totals remain visible. Upgrade your plan to unlock longer analytics history.
How Tracking Works
Analytics tracking is automatic. No configuration is required.
- Views are counted every time a visitor loads your funnel, whether on a LeadCapture-hosted page or an embedded form.
- Leads are counted when a visitor successfully completes your funnel and submits their information.
- Events are processed in the background and aggregated daily, so there may be a brief delay before new data appears in the charts.
Good to Know
- Analytics data refreshes automatically every 30 seconds when you are on the page.
- Views and leads from both hosted pages and embedded funnels are combined into a single count per funnel.
- Disqualified leads still count in your analytics to keep your funnel metrics accurate.
- Partial leads that are captured automatically also count as leads in your analytics.
