AI Copy Generation (Optimize Button)

AI Copy Generation helps you write better headlines, subheadlines, button text, and other content in your funnels. Instead of staring at a blank field, you can have the AI generate optimized variations in seconds.

How to Use It

Open your funnel in the builder.
Click on any text field in the step editor (headline, subheadline, button text, or field labels).
Look for the sparkle icon next to the text input. Click it to open the AI Copy modal.
The AI analyzes your current text and generates 3 optimized variations.
Review the variations and click on the one you want to use. It will be applied to the field immediately.

Starting from Scratch

If the text field is empty, the AI will generate copy based on the context of your funnel (industry, other step content, field types). You can also type a brief prompt describing what you want, and the AI will generate variations based on your description.

Refining Results

If none of the three variations are quite right, you can type follow-up instructions in the modal to refine the results. For example:

"Make it shorter"
"Use a more urgent tone"
"Include a benefit about saving money"
"Make it a question instead"

The AI will generate three new variations based on your feedback.

Free Generations

AI Copy Generation shares the same free generation pool as Build with AI and the AI Copilot sidebar. Each copy generation counts as 1 free generation. When your free generations are used up, additional usage consumes credits from your pooled credit balance.

The modal shows a badge indicating whether a free generation will be used ("X free gens left") or whether credits will be charged.

Good to Know

The AI considers the full context of your funnel when generating copy, including the industry, existing content, and the type of field being optimized.
Each click of the sparkle icon counts as one generation, regardless of how many refinement rounds you do within that session.
You can always manually edit the text after selecting a variation. The AI output is a starting point, not a final draft.
Copy generation is available on all plans.
The optimize button updates the builder immediately. Remember to save your funnel to keep the changes.
