Purchasing Credits & Auto-Rebill
You can purchase additional credits at any time from the Credits page. LeadCapture also offers an auto-rebill feature that automatically tops up your balance when it runs low, so your verification and enrichment features never skip a beat.
Buying Credits Manually
- Click Credits in the left sidebar.
- In the Purchase Credits section, choose a credit package size. Available packages range from small to large quantities.
- Click Purchase.
- You will be directed to a secure checkout page to complete the payment.
- Once payment is confirmed, the credits are added to your pool immediately.
Payment is processed securely through the checkout flow. The credit card on file for your account is used, or you can enter a new one during checkout.
Setting Up Auto-Rebill
Auto-rebill automatically purchases credits when your balance drops to zero, so you never have to worry about running out mid-campaign.
- Go to the Credits page.
- Find the Auto-Rebill toggle and switch it to ON.
When auto-rebill is enabled:
- The system monitors your credit balance after each verification or enrichment use.
- When your balance hits zero, a rebill is automatically triggered in the background.
- The purchase uses your last credit package size as the default. For example, if your last purchase was 500 credits, the auto-rebill will purchase another 500.
- The charge goes to the default payment method on your account.
How Auto-Rebill Processes
Auto-rebill happens asynchronously in the background. This means it never slows down your lead capture flow. If the rebill payment fails (for example, due to an expired card), the system handles it gracefully. Verification features will be skipped until you manually purchase credits or update your payment method.
Credit Purchase History
The Credits page shows a 12-month usage chart with monthly breakdowns by service. Each credit transaction is logged with the purchase amount, date, and remaining balance. This helps you track spending and plan your budget.
Good to Know
- Credits are added to your account instantly after successful payment.
- All credit purchases are non-refundable once added to your balance.
- Auto-rebill can be turned off at any time from the Credits page.
- If auto-rebill fails due to a payment issue, you will not receive an automatic retry. Purchase credits manually or update your payment method and toggle auto-rebill again.
- Team members (sub-users) can also purchase credits. The charge goes to the account owner's payment method, and the credits are added to the shared pool.
- The sidebar shows a warning indicator when your credit balance is low, and turns red when depleted.
