Upgrading, Downgrading & Changing Plans

LeadCapture offers three subscription plans designed to scale with your lead generation needs. You can upgrade at any time to unlock higher limits and additional features.

All plans include unlimited funnels and landing pages, all integrations, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, email lead notifications, and TCPA consent features.

Annual Billing

All plans offer both monthly and annual billing. Annual billing saves approximately 42% compared to paying monthly. You can switch between billing intervals when you upgrade.

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Click Upgrade in the sidebar, or go to Settings > Billing.
  2. On the Upgrade page, review the plan comparison cards.
  3. Toggle between Monthly and Annual billing if desired.
  4. Click the upgrade button on the plan you want.
  5. Complete the checkout process.

When you upgrade:

  • Your new plan limits take effect immediately.
  • The charge is prorated for the remainder of your current billing period. You only pay the difference.
  • Your initial credit allocation for the new plan is added (if not already granted).
  • If your account was paused due to hitting a lead or traffic limit, upgrading automatically resumes it.

Downgrading Your Plan

Self-service downgrades are not currently available. If you need to downgrade to a lower plan, please contact our support team. The downgrade will take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep full access to your current plan's features until then.

Billing Cycle and Resets

Your billing cycle starts on the day you subscribe and renews on the same date each month (or year, for annual plans). On each renewal:

  • Your monthly lead count resets to zero.
  • Your monthly traffic count resets to zero.
  • Your free AI generation count resets to zero.
  • If your forms were paused due to limit overages, they are automatically resumed.

What Happens During a Trial

New accounts start with a 7-day free trial. During the trial, you have access to the platform with reduced limits (100 leads, 10,000 visits, 1 custom domain, 7-day analytics retention). When the trial expires, you will be prompted to select a plan. Your funnels will stop accepting leads until you subscribe.

Lead and Traffic Limits

Each plan has a monthly lead limit and a traffic limit. When you reach your limit, a 20% buffer kicks in to keep your forms running while you decide whether to upgrade. At 120% of your limit, your forms will be temporarily paused until the next billing cycle resets the counters or you upgrade to a higher plan.

You will receive email notifications at 80%, 90%, 100%, and 120% usage levels for both leads and traffic.

Good to Know

  • All plans come with a 60-day money-back guarantee.
  • Upgrading mid-cycle is always prorated. You will never be double-charged.
  • Your data (funnels, leads, integrations) is preserved when upgrading or downgrading.
  • Volume above 50,000 leads per month requires custom pricing. Contact our team to discuss enterprise needs.
  • The Billing page in Settings shows your current plan, next billing date, and usage meters.
