How to use funnel sub pages

A sub page is an additional page attached to your funnel, such as a thank-you page, upsell, downsell, or custom page.

Each sub page is a complete page with its own:

  • URL
  • Page content
  • Analytics
  • Integrations

Sub pages are not form steps. They are separate pages that exist alongside your funnel's Starting Page.

Why Your Sub Page Doesn't Appear in the Form Steps List

Sub pages do not appear in the Form Steps list on the right side of the builder.

The Form Steps list only shows the steps that belong to the page you currently have open. Because a sub page is a separate page, it can sometimes seem like it disappeared after you create it.

Instead, sub pages are managed from the Funnel Sub Pages panel.

Opening the Funnel Sub Pages Panel

While inside the funnel builder, look at the breadcrumb bar directly below the main tabs:

Funnel · Flow/Logic · Settings · Lead Delivery · Publish · Traffic

At the right side of the breadcrumb bar, you'll see a small page icon with the tooltip Funnel Sub Pages.

Click the icon to open the Funnel Sub Pages panel from the right side of the screen.

You can also access the same panel from the funnel dashboard.

The panel displays:

  1. Your Starting Page
  2. Any sub pages attached to the funnel

Adding a Sub Page

There are two ways to add a sub page:

  1. If your funnel doesn't have any sub pages yet:

Click + Add Sub Page in the builder's breadcrumb bar.

  2. If your funnel already has sub pages:

Open the Funnel Sub Pages panel and click the add button at the bottom of the list.

Then choose the type of page you want to create:

  • Thank-you page
  • Upsell
  • Downsell
  • Custom page

Deleting a Sub Page

To delete a sub page:

  1. Open the Funnel Sub Pages panel.
  2. Find the sub page you want to remove.
  3. Click the trash icon on that page's row.
  4. Confirm the deletion.

Each sub page also has a pencil icon you can use to edit it.

Important: Deleting a sub page also deletes that page's leads and integrations. This cannot be undone. Export any leads you want to keep before deleting the page.

If you're currently editing the sub page you want to delete, you do not need to navigate away first. Open the Funnel Sub Pages panel from the breadcrumb bar and delete the page from there.

Reordering Sub Pages

To change the order of your sub pages:

  1. Open the Funnel Sub Pages panel.
  2. Find the page you want to move.
  3. Drag it using the grip handle on the left side of the row.

Sending Visitors to a Sub Page

Creating a sub page does not automatically send visitors to it.

If you want visitors to be redirected to a sub page after submitting a form:

  1. Open the form step you want to redirect from.
  2. Go to the Content tab in the left-hand editor panel.
  3. Set the redirect destination to the appropriate funnel page.

For example, you could send visitors to a Thank You sub page after they complete the final step of your form.

Sub Pages and Analytics

Because each sub page is a separate page, it has its own page views and analytics.

This allows you to measure the performance of each page independently. For example, you can see how many visitors reached an upsell page and evaluate its performance separately from your main funnel.
